SELLING PROPERTY selling process This page will summarise the Conveyancing
Are you in the process of buying or selling a property? Do you need assistance with the steps required to arrange a mortgage on a home or transfer title to a new owner?
Does your busy schedule make it difficult for you to make it to meetings at a Conveyancer’s office to take care of all these obligations?
If you answered yes to each of the three questions listed above, then Hunter Legal and Conveyancing can help.
We have been operating our small boutique conveyancing office for many years and have considerable experience in every step of the real estate, buying, and selling processes.
From home inspections to title transfers, all the way to title insurance and beyond, we can be there every step of the way to help you through what can easily become a stressful and confusing process.
What truly sets Hunter Legal & Conveyancing apart from other businesses that provide these services is that we do everything we can to fit into our clients’ busy lives. Our office is based in the suburb of Maitland, and you are of course welcome to stop in for an appointment to discuss your conveyancing needs.
We are located in a central area, and have Conveyancers located in Cessnock, Kurri Kurri, Maitland and Newcastle which means that we are readily accessible to all clients.
However, we also understand that not every client (or, for that matter, not even most clients) will be able to make it to our offices for regular meetings and consultations. With that factor in mind, we have developed a convenient conveyancing service that is electronic and mobile.
If you need a conveyancer in Maitland or Cessnock, Singleton, Newcastle, Port Stephens and surrounds and want to use our service, but don’t have the time or ability to make it to our offices, just let us know.
We handle most of our clients remotely by phone, email, and other electronic avenues and can even come to you for face-to-face meetings at your home, workplace, or another convenient location.
Some Conveyancers in NSW still handle all of their client’s in-person. This rigid model is difficult when Conveyancing offices only keep regular weekday hours of operation, as most clients who are buying or selling property work during the same hours.
For this reason, we offer 7 days a week and after-hours service for your convenience.
Furthermore, now that technology has opened up so many options for remote communication and telecommuting, there is no reason for all meetings and consultations to take place in person.
The model we follow at Hunter Legal & Conveyancing is more convenient for the client resulting in quicker service turnaround and helps save all parties money in unnecessary time and costs.
Are you tired of scrambling to make appointments with your Conveyancer? Call Hunter Legal & Conveyancing today to start enjoying our more flexible and convenient service options.
We are fully licenced and accredited and look forward to helping you with any property needs you may have. Call us on 1300 224 828 to learn more.
