Hunter Legal & Conveyancing is a Family Law Firm located in the Hunter Valley. Maitland Newcastle and Lake Macquarie NSW is the southernmost region we service. We are locally owned and many of our staff are Novocastrians.
There have been major upgrades to roads (such as the Charlestown bypass) and train platforms which have improved the interconnectivity between Lake Macquarie to hospitals, the University, town and the remainder of the Hunter, which makes it more appealing to investors and home buyers.
These attributes make the area extremely accessible and popular. Many first home buyers have been priced out of Newcastle City, however, Lake Macquarie offers an excellent alternative with short commutes to the city and the Central Coast. The area is an excellent choice for buying property and investment.
It is important to maintain awareness of Lake Macquarie City Council, namely the documents referred to as an Operational Plan. These documents are publicly accessible from council and provide an overview of the development, environment, community, rates, funding, economy and planning for the region.
Hunter Legal & Conveyancing has serviced the area for over thirty years. We strive to form
meaningful relationships with all our Lake Macquarie clients. We appreciate the opportunity to provide professional law services to the region.
We offer a mobile, after-hours conveyancing service where we visit clients in the comfort of their
