Hunter Legal & Conveyancing (“HLC”) was formally Philip W Hill & Associates which was founded by Susanne’s father, Philip Hill, as a community-based business in Kurri Kurri. It was rebranded to HLC in 2014 and expanded to have Newcastle Lawyers & Conveyancers that provide our Newcastle Conveyancing service as well as at our head office in Maitland. Our mobile service has launched to cover all surrounding areas. Sue has worked alongside Philip in their own companies for the last 20+ years building the business to what it is today.

Our team is available 7 days a week on 1300 224 828, 8am – 8pm. We understand not everything can fit into business hours with the obligation of work and family so we make ourselves readily available when you are available.
Our head office is located in Maitland but we have practitioners based in Cessnock, Kurri Kurri, Maitland, Port Stephens, and Newcastle and service clients NSW-wide.
We offer mobile and after-hours service for Conveyancing clients for your convenience across the Hunter Valley and Newcastle areas.
We offer Conveyancing, Estate Planning & Commercial Law services.
